Contains: Wheat.

May contain: Sesame. 

Sourdough & Gluten

Our Sourdough Chips are made using a sourdough starter, which is a mixture of flour and water that has been allowed to ferment. This fermentation process helps to break down the gluten in the flour, making it easier to digest for some. Not recommended for celiacs.

Allergens

Our facility has the following allergens: Wheat and Sesame. No other allergens are present in our facility.

Please Note: in accordance with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), we do not list allergens that may be present in the facilities of our suppliers. We take great care in selecting our suppliers and verify that they meet our high standards. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Packaging

Our kraft bags are oxo-degradable and made with 40 to 60% renewable wood pulp starch, which will break down in a residential composting facility in approximately 180 days. 

The remaining 40 to 60% of the bag is made of non-renewable fossil-based plastic and includes an additive that allows it to break down over a period of approximately twelve years. While this is not a perfect solution, compare this to the 1,000 years it can take for conventional plastic to degrade.

Our bags are tested to meet USA ASTM D-6868 and D-6400 standards. Please remove stickers before disposal.
