2. We bake, we ship
We feed our sourdough starter, slow-ferment the dough, roll it thin, and bake it golden. Because we keep inventory light, most orders leave our bakery within two business days - freshness first.

Whether you’re in Montréal or Vancouver, Canadian shipping is always FREE. No surprise fees at checkout, ever.
4. Planet-friendly packaging
Your case arrives in a sturdy kraft carton that’s 100 % recyclable. Each box is curb-side recyclable or compostable, and the inner pouch is made from easily recyclable BOPP plastic - no foam, no peanuts, nothing for the landfill.
